JIM BATES is Co-Manager of the Binational Water Group, on the Steering Committee of SOMOS. Y2K, Tijuana Verde, Tijuana Innovadora. He also serves as the Executive Director of the United States-Bangladesh Friendship Group. He is currently working on a TeleHealth project for VETERANS to reduce Homeless, PTSD or Suicidal situations.
